My name is NICKITA MENSHOV. I'm thirteen. I was born in Tashkent. Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan. There I went to the kinder garden. At weekends I went to private school. It took us one hour to get to school, but I liked to study there. When I was five we moved to Russia. Here I went to school 45. When I was eight I went in for swimming. I trained in "Spartak" swimming pool. I had my trainings every day. Every week I took part in competitions. This year I'm going to continue my trainings in "Chaika" sport centre. When I studied in the third form I went in for karate. I took part in the competition in Rybnoe, and in Russian Championship in Moscow. I have a green belt in karate. I like music. Two years ago I started going to music school. I learn to play the guitar. Last year I took the first place in the contest of young musicians. I like foreng languages. I began to learn English when I was two. When we walked with my Mom, she asked me to name all subjets around in English. So I began to study short English words. Now I also learn German. I would like to learn Japanese, but I'm short of time. Last year I was the member of the team of pupils learnig English. Our team took part in the city English competition. In hard fight we took the first place. We have a school web-site named "Enjoy English". It is created by the pupils of our school under the direction of our English teacher.
